It consists of 3 bedrooms, and 8 beds in addition to two complete bathrooms and one of the dressing tables, to comfortably house up to 10 guests. The location is on a cliff but has access to the beach just 15 minutes walk from the house and is through a small path.

The beach is close to El Cocodrilo Beach, which is a very quiet bay disconnected from all over the world and is ideal for walking or swimming.
